Daniel DeWitt (PhD, Southern Seminary) serves as a Senior Fellow at Southwest Baptist University where he leads the Center for Faith and Culture. Daniel and his wife April have four children: Isaiah, Micah, Josiah, and Addilynn Joy. Daniel is the author of multiple books and posts regularly on his blog theolatte.com.

Rick Washburn Jr. grew up in Medellín, Colombia. He was saved at the young age of 5. Rick was called to ministry while in high school and began to preach at the age of 15. He went on to graduate from Arlington Baptist College in 1996 with a B.S. in Missions. He and his wife Megan then served as second-generation, church-planting missionaries for 11 years, both in Colombia and Spain. Rick has been serving as the Lead Pastor at VBT since 2007

Served since the age of 19 as a youth leader, assistant Pastor and National Missionary- Church planter in Southern Spain. Moved to the US in 2015 with a call to reach, equip and mobilize students from every culture. Actually serving at the Pastor-Elder team of Butler Community Church and with his wife Shelley, as Word of Life missionaries in the MidWest Ohio.

Tom Wright served as lead pastor of Memorial Baptist Church in Columbus Ohio for 41 years. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute, Trinity College, and Baptist Bible Seminary. He has spoken at conferences and led seminars on leadership, men’s discipleship, missions, and local church evangelism, both in the US and in several foreign countries and along with his wife Sue, conducted marriage and parenting conferences. He and Sue have been married for over 56 years and have 4 children and 13 grandchildren. Tom continues to serve as Pastor Emeritus of MBC in Columbus while maintaining a regular itinerate ministry. Tom also continues to work with the Avengers Biker community in Columbus Ohio. He is the author of the book: Blight or Blessing: Managing your Trials as a Good Steward of God.

Mark grew up in Cedarville, OH and attended Cedarville University. He moved to the state up north where he earned a Master of Theology degree from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. He began pastoral ministry nearly 20 years ago at a church in Grand Rapids before the Lord called him back to Ohio, first to Calvary in Bellefontaine and then as the pastor of Grand Heights Baptist Church in Fairborn, OH. Mark and his wife Darcie will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary in May of 2024, and they have been blessed with five children. Outside of spending time with his family, Mark is a hapless hunter, a hopeful exerciser and a hopeless Cowboy’s fan (pray for him!).

Josh has been at Calvary since April 2023 as the Student and Family Pastor. He is married to Kate, and they have four kids: Karis, Judah, Hudson, and Asher. Before coming to Calvary, Josh has had various roles in youth ministry as a teacher and pastor in churches in Michigan and West Virginia. He has worked with students for his whole career and loves partner with families as they disciple their kids. Josh got his bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry and Pre-seminary Bible from Cedarville University and an MDiv from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary in Pastoral Ministries. Josh is passionate about family ministry and helping families push each other closer to Christ.
